Sam Donaldson
Founder & Director
I launched Donaldson Realty with a view of transforming unloved properties into homes, providing a valuable honest solution to landlords and investors alike.

I have a background in engineering having served in the military as a Marine Engineer, this involved working on and managing multimillion pound mechanical & electrical systems in what could be extremely demanding situations around the world.
After I left the military I went on to build maintenance work packages, manage design change and capability upgrades on ships. During this time I also worked on a number of property projects across Hampshire including a full renovation of a run down 3 bed cottage to a 4 bed family home near Winchester.
Through education, working and networking with other property professionals, my passion has grown enabling me to bring all the values and skills I have developed into the property industry. I am passionate about property and providing solutions to Landlords, investors and homeowners.

I enjoy living an active lifestyle, getting outdoors and am currently training for an Ironman triathlon.
